Every year, we conduct a Consecration Service for our Elected and Appointed Officials of Douglas County, the City of Douglasville, and those who serve us at the State and Federal government.

Mobile Food Pantry
Our mobile food pantry is a popular feature of our church. Each month on the 3rd Saturday, starting at 3:00 PM, some 200 cars come through for their helping of produce, vegetables and other food supplies, FREE to our clients. Our Children
Our children enjoy the benefit of two important ministries that cater to their spiritual and social development - the Adventurer Club (blue uniform) and the Pathfinder Club (Khaki and Green uniform with yellow scarf). Come by to learn how your child can participate.
Marriage Ministry
We seek to meet the needs of every group of people in our congregation. Community friends are invited to participate in all of our ministry groups and events.

Hospitality
New Jerusalem is known for great fellowship and delectible meals. Our Hospitality Team is awesome, serving warm, delicious meals after services on 2nd and 4th Sabbaths (Saturday). These gut=ys get the biggest AMEN!!! every week during church announcements.

Community Engagement
New Jerusalem opens our doors to the community. Government and community leaders find a place of acceptance and support here. We facilitate various community meetings and forums. We strive to be a blessing to our community.

Social Events
Our annual Christmas Gala is a main feature of our church. Everyone loves the New Jerusalem Gala!
Safe Church
We believe in strong relationships. Our church even has a social Ministry that plans and hosts church socials every six weeks for people to let their hair down and have healthy fun for all ages.
FREE Oil Change Sunday
Once a quarter, MCRC sponsors a free oil change service. Our team of volunteers take pleasure in serving our community. Check with the MCRC website to see the Upcoming Events.
Church Plays
Our awesome Women's Ministry plans and puts on a church play every October for Women's Ministry Day. These plays are near professionally produced and have a large following. Be sure to plan to attend our next event. New Jerusalem is an active church! There's something fo reveryone.
